Article 2: Order confirmation and contract

Article 3: Pricing and payment terms

The amount to be paid by the purchaser is understood to be the price including VAT of the products and shipping costs including VAT. The prices are expressed in euro (€). Article 4: Cancellation rights

Article 5: Flight terms

Passengers must present themselves at the time indicated on their boarding pass and be provided with an identity document (identity card or passport) and their boarding pass. Documentary recognition is carried out before boarding.

Article 6: Flight delay

The flight can be postponed for meteorological reasons if the minima (visibility and ceiling) are not respected or for technical reasons. In this case, an email and a text message are sent the day before to each passenger. Helipass offers an additional 30 days of validity from the day of postponement to make your flight in the best conditions. If the validity date of your e-ticket is more than 30 days, the date indicated remains valid. As aviation requires good weather and operational conditions, flights can be postponed until the last minute. In the event of an accepted reimbursement request, Helipass undertakes to reimburse the price of the ticket, excluding any additional expenses.

Article 7: Validity date and extension

The validity date indicated on the ticket corresponds to a deadline for booking the flight. Until the expiration of the validity of his ticket, the customer has the possibility of extending the validity of his ticket by 3 months for an administrative fee of € 29.90.

Article 8: Cancellation and Reimbursment terms

No cancellation can be taken into account if it occurs less than 3 weeks before the scheduled flight date. Any request for reimbursement made less than 3 weeks before the scheduled flight date must be accompanied by a medical certificate attesting to the passenger's impossibility to fly on the scheduled date.

Article 9: Cancellation warranty

HELIPASS allows you to change your flight date before the 3 weeks preceding the last chosen flight date. If you wish to be able to change your flight date by helicopter, the "Cancellation Guarantee" option allows you to change your flight date up to one week before the date you have chosen. Booking fees of € 19.90 will be charged to benefit from this option.

Article 10: Force majeure

The responsibility of one or the other of the parties cannot be sought if the execution of the contract is delayed or prevented due to a case of force majeure. As such, force majeure extends to any external event, unforeseeable within the meaning of article 1148 of the civil code. Expressly, are considered force majeure or fortuitous event, in addition to those usually retained by the jurisprudence of French courts and tribunals.

Evolution of general conditions

HELIPASS.COM reserves the right to modify these general conditions at any time by publishing a new version which will be applicable to any order placed after its first posting on the site.

Article 12: Applicable law and Jurisdiction

Sales of products from HELIPASS.COM are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation, execution or breach of the contract concluded between HELIPASS.COM and the buyer, even in the event of a plurality of defendants, will, in the absence of an amicable agreement, fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
